agent asked about my departure time and provided an extended check out without being asked. free water bottles at check in were nice. i also appreciated the prompt wheelchair service, it was really helpful. the staff was friendly, and the service was generally efficient and quick.

the room lacked a fridge, a convenience i usually appreciate. this meant i could not store any drinks or snacks. it was a bit inconvenient.

A Few Issues Detracted From the Experience

dirty bathroommusty hallway

The room wasn't as clean as I expected. I found the bathroom fixtures showing signs of wear. That was disappointing. The hallways had an odd smell, almost like mildew, and that wasn't very inviting. It made me question the overall maintenance of the hotel. I wish they paid more attention to these details.
